I. Concept Design Phase:
- Review of existing site conditions
- Concept design and inputs for master plan development
- Value engineered evaluation of various alternative solutions
- Optimization of networks based on sound engineering principles
- Coordination of services with approved master plan
- Preparation of detailed plans, specifications, BOQ/Estimates and tender documents
- Tender evaluation
- Coordination between clients, architects and other consultants.
II. Contractor Selection:
- Assist with evaluation and selection of contractors
- Recommendation, selection and approval for choice of material construction
- Performance verification
III. Construction Phase:
- Issue of Good For Construction (GFC) drawings
- Advice on procurement of long lead items
- Conducting pre construction orientation programs
- Periodical site visits
- Approval of construction material and evaluation test reports
IV. Handing Over:
- Inspection, testing and submission of quality certification
- Walk through and project hand over
